Saturday 16th December Oxfam are holding their “Oxmas” fundraiser at the Theatre Lounge near the old grammar school. Coffee morning, soup and a roll lunch plus tombola etc. We have been invited to play! Can be inside and outside, carols and old favourites.
Kathy Davidson is arranging the next Band curry night for the 27th October. Please get in touch with her directly if you would like a menu. Please give Kathy your main course food order and money for food so that we can eat soon after band rehearsal. Orders and money to Kathy by Saturday 21st please. As per usual you are welcome to bring a guest. Kathy can be contacted on 07881 816909.

Hey everyone,
We are playing on Sunday at the open allotments. The allotments are the Steven Street allotments off Logan street. It’s probably easier to park on Hearth Street. We’ll be meeting at plot 28 (see Ruth’s photo) under the Walnut tree at 1.10 PM. Please bring stands, pegs etc. Dress in allotment/festival wear. We’ll probably go for a drink after!

Hi everyone!
I’m arranging some new fun pieces from current popular music for my band to play. I like it when a genre is taken and played on unexpected instruments.
